GROUP FITNESS

Group Training sessions are the perfect way to increase strength, speed, endurance and overall fitness. Working out in a team-built atmosphere is motivating, mentally stimulating, and fun! Josh has confidence that implementing variety and intensity is the key to taking your overall performance to the next level. That’s why he focuses on providing a wide range of classes to suit different lifestyles and varying levels of fitness. 

CARDIO BOXING

Cardio Boxing is an astounding way get an extraordinary cardio workout. Boxing is considered by numerous to be one of the best activities due to its capacity to help condition the whole body in one workout. This enhances the cardiovascular and endurance fitness by giving a high-intensity, calorie-burning schedule that advances ideal physical fitness. 

MEASUREMENTS

Body measurements are included in all personal training packages and are a great way to track your progress. Many times you’ll see a loss of inches even if the scale doesn’t show a difference. Josh will measure you in exactly the same place and under the same conditions when doing measurements to ensure accurate results. Body measurements will show if you are building muscle and losing fat and a scale is not enough of a resource to determine that.  He will keep track of your measurements and create customized workouts to aid in fulfilling your fitness goals.

ASSESSMENTS

Fitness Assessments are fundamental for progression. Josh will provide you with a Fitness Assessment performed before starting your new workout program. At your initial Assessment, Josh Bean will discuss your goals, prior exercise experience, health history, injuries, any limitations, and other pertinent information. He will then perform some or all of the necessary assessments depending upon their appropriateness for you.
